Sydney, NSW, Australia – 9th January 2026
Indian Support Center Inc (ISC), a leading not-for-profit, non-government organisation based in New South Wales, Australia, is pleased to announce its strategic decision to implement IT Care Center (ITCC), developed by That’s IT, Israel, as its enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
ITCC is a globally recognised provider of modern, scalable service management solutions supporting complex, multi-stakeholder organisations. Established in March 2015, ISC was formed as an independent organisation to support migrant communities from the Indian subcontinent—including Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and other countries in the Asia Pacific — during their settlement and integration into NSW. In 2025, ISC proudly marks 10 years of successful community service.
ISC delivers a wide range of essential support services, including new migrant settlement assistance, job seeker support, digital education programs for seniors, women, and refugees, disability support, internship programs for international students, public notary and Justice of the Peace services, and para-consular support in collaboration with the Office of the Indian Consulate in Sydney. ISC also extends its services to regional NSW through its regional arm, Dubbo Support Center Inc, based in Dubbo.
With operations supported by staff and volunteers across Australia, India, and Nepal, ISC currently utilises multiple digital platforms such as Freshdesk, FreshSales, YMLP, Google Drive, and other systems to deliver its services. As service demand and organisational complexity have grown, managing customer support across multiple systems has become increasingly challenging.
Following a comprehensive evaluation of available solutions, ISC has selected ITCC, under the leadership of That’s IT, as its strategic provider to streamline, integrate, and modernise its ITSM and ESM capabilities. This partnership will enable ISC to enhance service efficiency, improve stakeholder experience, and support scalable, future-ready digital operations.
ISC looks forward to working closely with That’s IT and ITCC to strengthen its technology foundation and continue delivering high-quality, community-focused services across NSW and beyond.
“This partnership with That’s IT and ITCC marks a significant milestone in ISC’s digital transformation journey,” said Mr Subba Rao Varigonda, President, Indian Support Center Inc. “As a community-focused organisation supporting diverse and vulnerable populations, it is critical that our systems are efficient, integrated, and scalable. ITCC’s global expertise in ITSM and ESM will enable us to streamline service delivery and better serve our subcontinent communities across NSW and beyond.”
“We are proud to partner with Indian Support Center Inc and support their important mission,” said Rani Fuchs, CEO, That’s IT. “ISC’s work in migrant settlement, social support, and community empowerment aligns strongly with our values. Through ITCC’s service management platform, we look forward to helping ISC build a robust, future-ready digital foundation that enhances service quality and operational excellence.”
